Ground Transportation Coordination in Mass/RI for the Race

I am guessing that a few folks may be flying into Southeast New England for the Marion to Bermuda race and are looking to coordinate ground transportation. I have a reservation on Southwest 2893 to arrive at 6:15pm in Providence, on Tuesday 16 June, which should put us in Marion by 8:00pm.

I spoke with one of the recommended providers of van transportation from the Marion to Bermuda website, Royal Coachman Transportation Service (Ron Garbaciak) , [phone], and he indicated that four people can share the cost of a small van at $90 or roughly $23 a piece if we fly into Providence.

If anyone is going to be arriving on Tuesday night, 16 June, at the Providence Airport, it would be great to share the cost. Alternatively, if anyone else has surface transportation arranged for that evening, I would be willing to share the cost.

Hal, does "will be sailing to Marion" mean "sailing from Providence to Marion" or "Sailing instead of flying?"
