Hi All! I guess I'll get this started!! The crew management section is a terrific idea! Its so important to get the right mix of unselfish, energetic and committed indivduals! Having done quite a number of both Marion to Bermuda, as well as Newport to Bermuda races on various boats and crews, I can unquestionably say that the right crew dynamics are critical. I have crewed with people that I now consider family, and the trips are so memorable! I have also had a few catch rides that I wish I hadn't accepted. Crews that have raced together for a few races are terrific; just to see the progress over the years is so rewarding!
